Our direct client is seeking a Project Coordinator to work in their Newark, NJ location. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Scope of Work:

The team's role is to create all of the HR operations process documentation that is needed for the Workday Implementation.

  • Support the development of the documentation required to enable success of the future state global services delivery model and the Implementation of Workday HR. The documentation scope includes user materials (e.g. FAQs, quick reference guides) as well as company owned operational SOPS, processes, and end to end flows (US only).
  • Partner with functional leads, company operational contacts in-country HR resources to document new/update existing materials, as well as teach them to perform the same where assigned locally. May require facilitation of process flows as well.
  • Quality review materials to ensure consistency and connectiveness.
  • Plan individual workload and escalate issues and concern.
Experience Required:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in creating process and user documentation
  • HR Process Knowledge- Payroll, HR Administration, Compensation required
  • Experience in HR Workday environment a plus
  • Full time role with the ability to work some non standard hours to accommodate overseas audiences
