Project Manager - RTH

Our direct client is seeking a Project Manager to work in their Newark, NJ location. This is a 12+ month right to hire opportunity.

Scope of Work:

This position is responsible for supporting the Change Management and Communications Strategy for the implementation to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition for all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Change Management
  • Develop change management documents and standard communications documents (e.g., PowerPoint documents, emails, FAQs, talking points)
  • Co-develop FAQs with Workstream Leads
  • Facilitate review/approval process of documents and communications
  • Manage change management documentation translation process; coordinate with PMO
  • Deliver communications (e.g., send communication or work with others to send)
  • Project Management
  • Provide project management support for Change Management workstream, including project plan maintenance, issue and risk management, meeting coordination, etc.
  • Manage Change Lead and Change Agent Network meeting logistics
  • Coordinate efforts with PMO to ensure deliverables are met and there is not any overlap of work effort across teams

Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Strong business acumen; able to identify organizational issues and challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through other
  • Minimum 5 years of change management experience
