Archer Developer - RTH

Our direct client is seeking an Archer Developer to work in their Newark, NJ location. This is a 6+ month right to hire opportunity.

Scope of Work:

You will lead a global team of RSA Archer Developers, as well as working with a distributed team of technology and business professionals to develop the company's IT GRC capabilities:
  • Supply subject matter expertise for the development of the Archer platform and related technologies in line with current requirements and future capabilities
  • Oversee development of the Archer platform by a distributed team in support of key stakeholders and organizations
  • Provide expertise and direction on broader technology integration and enablement
  • Provide consultative and advisory services to various business stakeholders on eGRC matters
  • Develop executive reporting materials including dashboards, presentations and reports that can present complex ideas and concepts to executives and internal stakeholders
  • Provide process oversight and standards for all development activities to ensure the successful delivery of functionality
  • Oversee external vendors and consultants on global delivery and implementation teams
  • Provide guidance and leadership to direct reports and support staff in all aspects of development activities including data integration and management

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, related field (Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field is preferred) or equivalent experience
  • An ability to provide design and development expertise for RSA Archer including the use of new platform functionality
  • Proven record of IT delivery leadership, history of increasing responsibility and complexity, and experience handling multiple, concurrent projects with the ability reprioritize quickly
  • Strong skills working with a diverse group of individuals as well as resolving conflict and negotiating skillfully and tactfully
  • Proven experience dealing with ambiguous situations, and producing a consistent result with varied inputs
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt to new situations & requirements
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology solutions working with various SDLC methodologies, including Agile
  • Proven ability to build business relationships and effectively engage with a diverse array of stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
