Our direct client is seeking a Case Management Project Manager to work in their Newark, NJ location. This is a 9+ month right to hire opportunity.

Scope of Work:

Engaging project management role responsible for leading the successful delivery of a Case Management solution in support of an HR Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager who has a proven track record of leading deployments of Enterprise Software Solutions in a fast paced environment with a passion for delivering real business value to customers.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the full project life cycle from systems development (requirements gathering through coding, testing and implementation) as well as functional design and change management. They will work closely with business users as well as technical team members and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber.

Individual is expected to:
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery both functional and technical.
  • Lead and manage the implementation project team.
  • Work with the business users and business analysts to define scope and ensure business requirements are gathered and documented
  • Work with the development team to manage design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans, manage the issues/risk log, develop status reports, and develop presentations for leadership, steering committees, etc.
  • Be responsible for ensuring testing and change management plans are in place and ready for execution
  • Lead the cutover planning and execution

  • Experience with implementation of SaaS case management solutions and its supporting architecture
  • Strong background partnering working with Enterprise software and/or Consulting implementation partners
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, project management, business process and/or technical problems
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet constraints
