Position Overview:

Our direct client has an immediate opening for the Digital Marketing Manager at our corporate headquarters in downtown Miami. This individual will support the Marketing and IT team in the Americas from pre-construction phase through operations and sale. The Digital Marketing Manager serves as a key resource for the IT Operations and Marketing teams. The position is responsible for understanding the objectives of digital marketing including website design, coding, maintenance, domain registration, uptime, advertising technology, SEO and tracking and data integrations. He/she will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement a vision for how technology and data can achieve digital marketing goals.

  • Manage technical standards for digital marketing
  • Engage with Marketing, Operations, and third-party teams to develop and enforce technical, SEO and content management standards.
  • Implement web platform, coding, and content changes
  • Monitor website maintenance and development
  • Monitor domain ownership, registrations, and site uptime
  • Support technical efforts for developing e-blasts and other forms of mass electronic communication
  • Provide general digital marketing technical resources to the Marketing department
  • Manage and support other marketing and IT projects as directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Digital Media, or related technology fields.

Experience and Abilities:
  • 3+ years of relevant work or experience in digital marketing or web development/design.
  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including marketing automation, email, web analytics, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS and Javascript skills.
  • Knowledge of Python, PHP, other scripting languages and hosting technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented and performance-driven.
