Digital Marketing Manager - RTH

Job Summary:
  • Our client is looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to support the development and execution of the digital strategy to support Prudential's investments business.
  • This position reports to the Director of Digital Properties responsible for supporting the business unit's websites, online tools and applications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • This resource will support the PGIM Investment websites and web ecosystem. He/she will be a master of the applications and software leveraged to manage respective web assets. He/she will manage information, data and page updates to the website; document processes; conduct user testing; support compliance reviews; and ensure a high quality, engaging digital experience for our users.
  • Execute on the design of the web ecosystem in concert with the PI and corporate design teams, creating a visually appealing and engaging experience for Our Client's customers.
  • Experience in creating web pages in a CMS, ideally on Vignette and/or WCM.
  • A proven track record of working with business partners to execute upon digital and corporate initiatives. Must be responsive, have a high attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills to effectively define requirement and set expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner and resource in support of the digital ecosystem.
  • Manage updates and ongoing development of the web experience to ensure all the many systems and applications continue to function in concert.
  • Support testing and development efforts as needed for new applications releases.
  • Support for new product development.
  • Support Compliance and Legal initiatives as they influence the digital footprint.
  • Coordinate efforts to understand and address competitive digital developments from within our industry and outside and ensure that the web ecosystem remains relevant and engaging.
  • Work closely with Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Channel Marketing to support and execute a fully digital marketing program to attract, convert, upsell and engage financial professionals and consumers.

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrated project management skills; takes direction well and clearly possesses the ability to translate strategy into tactical deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Highly proficient in usage of a CMS, as well as Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Highly proficient in HTML and CSS
  • Proficient with Javascript, JQuery
  • Highly proficient with design programs (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, etc.)

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Business or Marketing preferred
