Purpose: The P&S Scheduling IT Business Consultant within the Planning & Scheduling team is responsible for providing functional and technical expertise within the SAP PP/DS and GATP applications, and for leading integrated projects to improve the Supply Planning business processes. This position will work in a team environment. The applications in scope include SAP APO and Greycon X-Trim, plus any additional Global Supply Chain approved operating model applications including. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP APO (PP/DS, GATP), work well in team environments, and have an understanding of the Supply Chain Operating Model design.

Job Requirements
§ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
§ Minimum of 10 years SAP experience
o Preferred 8-10 years SAP Supply Chain experience
o Preferred 8-10 years SAP APO PP/DS and GATP experience
§ Strong analytical, technical, communication and interpersonal skills
§ Ability to function in a constantly changing environment

Primary Responsibilities
§ Work cohesively with IT resources, COE Process Stewards, BIMs, PIMs and business representatives
§ Understand, design, build, implement and sustain best practice supply chain solutions
§ Lead designs and projects to drive improvements for the functional area
§ Serve as the SAP PP/DS & GATP Subject Matter Expert on highly integrated and highly complex projects
§ Evaluate alternative procedural and systematic solutions that meet needs while maintaining business standards
§ Plan and lead select assignments, tracking progress, communicating milestones and escalating issues
§ Lead and execute proof of concept testing in a cross team environment to validate design assumptions
§ Configure SAP and other Operating Model applications to enable defined business processes and complete configuration documentation
§ Translate business requirements and concepts to functional designs and requirements
§ Define and document functional specifications for custom developed applications and enhancements based on business requirements
§ Identify, Document, and Perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution
§ Work both independently and with team members to ensure the delivered design meets the business requirements
§ Identify, assess impact, and provide recommendation for resolution of issues related to business processes, procedural and system changes; escalate problems of high complexity and severity
§ Work with business and IT partners to support, identify, gather information, and develop enhancement requests for existing sustain issues or new requirements
§ Analyze and understand business data to support decision making and effectively present information
§ Develop other team members functional and technical skills as needed
§ Build strong relationships with peers and partners, communicate and share knowledge
§ Additional duties as assigned
