Key Responsibilities
•             Review user feedback via multiple social media platforms for actionable tweets/posts, and to log cases to relevant teams for further action
•             Identify trends and insights based on trending topics on social media, which impacts the client.
•             Able to research various topics related to trends which need to be monitored. Able to proactively follow-up on trends which are being monitored on a daily basis.
•             Provide detailed analysis of content to the respective teams so the issue can be actioned efficiently.
Skills and Experience
•             Preferred Bachelor's Degree any field
•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•             Unbiased and detailed oriented
•             Ability to operate in areas that are not clearly defined within policy
•             Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet multiple, recurring workflow requirements
•             Solid understanding of customer support best practices
•             Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standards
•             Proactive, flexible individual that is capable of working in a rapidly changing environment
•             Willingness to accept feedback and quickly adapt
•             Willingness to work on rotating shifts and holidays
•             Project and SLA delivery experience preferred
