As an Analyst 2 in a Global Finance team you will help the business to develop strategy, support its execution thus drive performance.


Qualifications
• B.S. degree in Accounting / Finance or related field required
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance environment with some exposure to manufacturing operations, financial analysis, and general accounting
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• SAP/BPC experience preferred
• Strong financial/business acumen
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of respective business financial statements and analytical techniques
• Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to people at all organization levels
• Demonstrated sensitivity to cultural and geographical differences when interacting with others
• The ability to work accurately under strict deadlines with minimal supervision


Main Responsibilities
• Support the business to develop ASR, annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Involvement in month-end activities: Review financial output for reasonableness, analyze business performance, understand variance drivers and relay significant variances from forecasts and plan to business leaders
• Accountable for the accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness of required reporting analysis
• Coordinate with regional finance leaders to consolidate and analyze global performance
• Consolidate financial information from various stake holders/ERP systems and provide regular summary of financial performance to a global business leader/platform leaders
• Provide cross-functional support and ensure alignment
• Provide market insights/intelligence to drive business and strategy decisions
• Other business partnership activities as needed by the business
