Aspect Support - Aspect IVR Developer

  • Resource needs to have NACI Clearance
  • Work with Business and IT team to understand existing Avaya IVR call flows & volume, and
  • design of current APIs
  • Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements
  • Develop/configure system and interfaces for the IVR to APIs and Unit Test it
  • Perform dev support to QA and UAT team – defect triage and resolution
  • Provide timely notification of risks, issues and status of work to lead
  • Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production
