  • Candidate needs to have NACI clearance Candidate to have strong solutioning architecture and hands on experience in
  • Contact Center, Multi-channel technologies and telephony platforms
  • Aspect Contact Center suite - Aspect Unified IP, APM, WFO, AQM, Speech Analytics, Tiles, ACD, IVR, CTI, SIP
  • Aspect Voice Portal, M3 Designer, Avaya CXP based application development
  • Nuance for Speech Engine development ( TTS, STT, ASR )
  • VXML, CCXML, Java 8-9, JEE, Eclipse for IVR framework based development
  • Backend integration with core platforms using web services/REST API's in IVR
  • DevOps experience - Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, VMware virtualization
  • Familiarity with public clouds such as Amazon AWS, Client Cloud, and Microsoft Azure is desirable.
  • Knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence technology and concepts, especially Natural Language Processing (NLP), Big Data, and Machine Learning.
  • Deep agile development experience
