Job Description:
About the Role:
  • Responsible for Salesforce License administration and reporting
  • Partner with Stakeholders to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
  • Document all existing configurations and features including customization of standard objects, security processes, custom object, party integrations
  • Design, develop and document workflows across the various Client instances, stakeholders and configurations.
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Periodically review use to effectively harvest and reassign licenses
  • Provide insights on use trends to inform budget planning
  • Identify opportunities for the process optimization redesign or development
  • Ensure reporting is created and structured for our SAM and SVMG teams
  • Provide training and documentation to successfully transition support for license administration to operation support team by other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, certified administrator is strongly preferred
  • Data cleansing and import /export of large volumes of data
  • Candidates must possess the ability to understand business requirements process and build workable solutions
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding including requirements gathering, creating deploying solutions to end user
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering products and features for a cross functional team
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical team.
