Detailed Qualifications / Skills:
  • Experience in delivering Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions
  • Strong SQL skills pipeline and data analysis skills (write queries)
  • Experience in dashboarding and data visualization
  • Written and verbal communication skills (help support user feedback, req. gathering)
  • Nice to have: HR operations functional & data knowledge is a big plus

Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements and conduct user surveys on Headcount Reporting solutions
  • Profile data & translate business requirements to product requirements
  • Develop prototype dashboards, ETL pipelines
  • Work with engineers to productionalize pipelines. Work closely to iterate on changes.
  • Support production pipelines and address user inquiries

Deliverables:
  • Building new reports for headcount mgmt and headcount reviews and optimization
  • Building new data sets to support dashboards
  • User facing documentation, trainings, requirements documentation
