As a Lab Technical Support Representative for Partners, you will work closely with partners to facilitate their engagement in new initiatives and ensuring on-going stability of the integrations between partner systems. You will build and execute test suites, on location at various partner test labs, to ensure Client product capabilities are functional and certified for launch. As a representative for the product, you're able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints and have the ability and initiative to focus testing efforts on the fly. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Experience with coding in Java (Android) or Python and experience with internet technologies, e.g., HTTP, REST APIs Ability to travel domestically Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of hands-on experience in internet products and technologies.
