·         Act as point person for Early Intervention end user support in day-to-day system use
·         Identifies, researches and resolves automated system issues
·         Recreates user reported bugs and system issues and identifies root cause
·         Submits and manages bug requests
·         Manages Chatter and EI Data System Form to identify and communicate resolution of user submitted bugs/errors
·         Creation of new user profiles
·         Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure requirements have been met
