The Technical Support Analyst position helps ensure magic for our guests by maintaining the stability and availability of the Ticketing System and associated components /systems.
Perform support activities, including: technical application troubleshooting, new system / feature additions, software release and testing.
Responsible for identifying and resolving ongoing issues and ensuring daily operational readiness of the system. Provide end-to-end system support which includes front end hardware upkeep and maintenance Provide 24x7 365 day support for mission critical applications Participate in shift work which may include weekend and holiday on-site support Assist in system implementation and sustainment.
icrosoft server experience a plus. Familiar with IIS,
Tomcat, System admin work, Windows Servers, Splunk, databases (pervasive databases, MSSQL), and troubleshooting Windows issues
