 This is a long-term contract to hire opportunity (3+ years with the opportunity to go full-time) and they're seeking a ServiceNow CMDB to support the business unit and technical support teams in the design and implementation of automated discovery & data federation into the ServiceNow CMDB.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
·         Bachelor's Degree 
·         1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components (Event, Incident, Problem & Change) 
·         Experience implementing and managing Service Mapping and CMDB solutions
·         Knowledgeable on ServiceNow best practices and latest features 
·         Understanding of ITSM processes based on ITIL v3
·         Background in JavaScript, AngularJS or JQuery
·         ITIL & ITSM Knowledge (certifications preferred but not required)
·         CMDB Analysis (CR, relationships, building reports, scripts, and working heavily with excel)
·         CMDB Development (defining & setting up rules)
·         Integration, configuration and implementation experience with discovery tools 
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
