LOCATION- Nashville, TN/ Chicago, Ill/ Boston, MA
Duration: 12 months with extension

Job Description:
 
•             Experience in being a lead role to engage with customers to gather requirements, and offshore team to deliver in an Agile process.
•             Senior or Principal level of understanding of Salesforce technologies
•             Ability to architect solutions using Salesforce technologies and Salesforce ecosystems
•             Understand business goals and processes, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, migration, rollout, training and ongoing administration
•             Hands on configuration of CRM applications / Salesforce
•             Authoring reports and customer communications
•             Assistance with the sales cycle, creation of new services and building of company intellectual property
•             Be able to work in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, team environment
•             Be able to manage requirements for offshore development team and work with client to deliver
 
Requirements
•             Great customer skills, professionalism and entrepreneurial attitude
•             Strong technical aptitude, information technology architecture skills are required
•             Salesforce.com administrator, consultant and/or development certifications. Advanced certifications expected such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud    Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant
•             Significant hands on Salesforce.com and/or Force.com experience on large scale projects/implementations
•             Strong written and verbal communication skills
•             Project management skills and experience leading teams a plus
•             Travel or relocation is required as you will be working onsite with client
•             Bachelor's degree minimum
•             Self-motivated, self-directed and ability to work independently and on a team
•             Desire to learn, quick thinker, analytical, detail oriented and creative problem solver
•             Minimum of five years of business analyst, consulting and/or IT experience
