SCOPE OF SERVICES 
The NYS Office of the Attorney General (OAG) Client and Delivery Services supports approximately 2,000 users, throughout twenty (20) locations across New York State. OAG has migrated to the Incident Management of ServiceNow, but has not yet implemented Self Service portal. The Self Service portal of ServiceNow will be used by all employees and OAG needs a ServiceNow expert to help with this migration and begin development of the knowledge base.
This position will be assigned to the ServiceNow support team of the Client and Delivery Services Unit. This team is 2nd level end user support for ServiceNow. Support includes supporting all ServiceNow development and implementation needs.
