Project Description:
  • Effectively triage QA bugs for Chromecast and Home, validating the content of the bugs, ensuring all necessary details are included e.g. logs, IP, use case, etc and recreating the error/issue, if possible. Provide recommended approach or endorse to appropriate engineering team.
  • Effectively communicate bugs or questions between QA and Engineering Team.

  • Experience in Android and/or mobile development.
  • At least 3-5 years of application and/or app development experience.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Fast learner and able to work independently.
  • Past customer/triage experience is a plus.
