Customer Service Representative

Project Description:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
  • Assist users with general inquires, product support, service information, billing inquires,order processing and technical issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone/email/chat)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills needed
  • Respond appropriately to customer escalations
  • Triage Support Queue for routing to Tier 2, Partner, or Department
  • Manage an individual ticket queue
  • Good understanding of customer's needs and how to diagnose and fix their issues

Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in contact/call centers.
  • Live customer support experience a requirement (Phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Android/iOS support experience is a plus
  • Basic technology support required
  • Robust multitasking skills (e.g. able to log calls and interact with customer simultaneously).
  • 2-year associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms.
