  • Help internal clients resolve day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions. Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of any technical challenges.
  • Evangelize new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients' integrations.
  • Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Partner Technology managers and Partner Operations managers.
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards, SQL queries, and automated jobs to maintain the prior two tasks.
  • Strong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Python Scripting.
  • Min Qualifications: BA/BS degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience. Strong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Databases (automation, report generation, root cause analysis)
  • Collaboration skills for working across geographically dispersed functions.
