  • 10+ years of industry experience with strong technical skills in Genesys eServices .
 
Necessary Skills:-
  • Experience with Genesys Multimedia components: Interaction server, URS, UCS, Chat server etc.
  • Experience with Genesys Multimedia Voice, E-Mail, Chat with end-to-end call flow and deployment
  • Knowledge of Business Process/Interaction workflow & Genesys routing strategies for Multimedia
  • Knowledge of Genesys Reporting, Content Analysis, Screening, Knowledge Management with Genesys Classification Server, T Server, Email Server
  • senior resources, trouble shoot but also be able to handle by themselves, jump in and fix the problem.
  • Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response
  • Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan
