Workday Security Analyst

  • Provide Tier 2 support to end users via support desk ticketing process/system (ServiceNow); solve cases and provide answers/solutions for implemented HR systems and process functions with a primary focus on Workday security administration
  • Provides guidance to end users regarding their requests when needed
  • Analyze system functionality with customer and identify gaps to resolve them
  • Supports routine SOX audits
  • Security assignments to new users, security user changes and user removals

Key Skills:
  • 1 year experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) and Security solutions; Workday experience
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to quickly learn new areas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
