Our client, one of most recognized Entertainment brands in the world, is looking to engage an experienced IT Business Analyst for RPA. In this role, you will be responsible for business and technical requirements analysis across a wide range of business areas. Primary responsibilities for the role include identifying, documenting, and communicating business and functional system requirements and assessing areas for process automation leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools. The IT Business Analyst will ensure requirements are understood and will identify and prioritize opportunities for automation based on defined criteria. The role will interact closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as external consultants and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, understand and document existing processes identifying gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement and automation
Develop future state process maps incorporating technology automation including RPA tools
Create a framework for assessing and prioritizing automation opportunities across the Corporation
Work closely with solution development teams to build and configure RPA tools
Hands on configuration of RPA solutions based on process maps
Participate in the planning, testing and rollout newly automated processes
Create and maintain documentation including technical and functional design specifications.

Superior problem solving skills
5 years of professional IT Business Analysis experience
Experience with process mapping tools such as MS Visio is preferred
Experience creating VBA scripts or Macros
Demonstrated experience with RPA solutions
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile software development
Must have experience with gathering requirements and working with technical staff to develop system designs.
Experience managing, technology partners and vendors.
Project Management experience is preferred.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.

Note: All work must be done on-site at our client's Stamford CT headquarters (No Tele-Commuting or other Remote Work arrangements). PLEASE - No 3rd-Party Sub-Contractors. This is a 6-12 months+ Consulting engagement with a strong potential to matriculate into an offer of Full-Time Employment, as the contract period progresses.
