Email Analyst - Sports & Entertainment

Our client, a premier Sports & Entertainment Organization, is seeking an Email Analyst to manage and execute Email Campaigns. You will help build templates, schedule & Deploy emails, and measure campaign performance - helping optimize strategies using the data pulled from the campaigns.

Responsibilities:
. Manage and execute email campaign requests .
. Build responsive email templates with supplied images and copy by coding with HTML/CSS.
. Select and pull email audience criteria as requested using campaign management platform and other sources.
. Perform Quality Control checks on email creative test proofs and data files prior to
deployment.
. Schedule and deploy email campaigns and monitor deliverability.
. Measure email campaign performance and recommend email optimization strategies based on reporting data.
. Educate internal teams and guide them through the email request process.
. Serve as subject matter expert for email industry best practices, design, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance.
. Work with Email Service Provider - Cheetah Digital.

. Positive feedback from internal customers/requestors and email analyst team.
. Demonstration of email subject matter expertise and best practices.
. Proactive initiative with new projects and ideas.
. Meeting and exceeding quality and timing standards.


Required Skills:
. 3+ years' hands-on experience in a similar role, executing campaigns from a leading Email Service Provider.
. Proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to troubleshoot coding issues. Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop experience strongly preferred.
. Experience with campaign management/CRM systems and working complex data sets. Has an analytical, data-driven mindset.
. Possesses excellent communication skills with strong multi-tasking and project
management ability. Follows-up to meet deadlines.
. A team player that can also work independently with minimal direction.
. Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow with a great team and Organization.
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume-environment.
. Experience with Cheetahmail and/or IBM Unica a strong plus.
