Project Manager / Business Analyst - Media Analytics

Our client, a major Broadcast and Digital Media Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Analytics team on several upcoming projects. They seek GREAT understanding of the Broadcast/Digital Media landscape, with experience managing delivery of BI projects in this space. Prior experience in a Business Analyst capacity, with the ability to scope out a project and articulate what the business is seeking, is also required.

Responsibilities & Required Skills:
. 5+ years experience as Project Manager in an Agile / Scrum environment
. MUST HAVE experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry - understanding of concepts/tools such as: Omniture, Nielsen, Viewership, Ad Sales, Ad Insertion, Monetizing Viewership, Ad Serving Technology, Freewheel, etc. - experience dealing with Data / Analytics in this world would hit the bulls-eye :)
. Minimum two years Business Analysis experience, including business process decomposition using a structured documentation approach
. MUST HAVE a strong understanding of Business Intelligence on the Front End
. He/She will assist in analyzing business requirements, understand underlying source data, transformation requirements, data mapping and metadata for analytical and reporting solutions
. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
. Ability to get projects up and running individually (analyze the project, assign it as needed)
. Experience working on data heavy projects (ie: Tableau / MicroStrategy) in the media space is a big plus
. Great communicator, independent, and eager to learn is a MUST
. PMP and CSM is a nice to have; More importantly, the ability to assess and manage a project on the fly
