Duration: Fulltime/6+ Months Contract/Contract to Hire Position
 
Scope of role
Reporting to Director, Strategic Initiatives, and this position will be responsible for working cross functionally with data team, IT, Oncology business users, Pharma business users and Commercial Infrastructure internal and external stakeholders. The role will require you to lead, contribute to and represent the business voice in complex organizational transformation initiatives such as CRM modernization initiatives amongst others.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Working cross functionally to envision, define, plan and execute various work-streams within programs.
• Partner with internal Business Users, IT Stakeholders and Vendors to create best in class capabilities, processes, governance frameworks and translate those to functional capabilities required on various technical platforms and business operations support teams across the Commercial/Medical Infrastructure (both business & IT).
• Contribute to creating/modifying operating models to ensure successful operationalization of new capabilities, processes, change management etc.
• Collaborate with the Data Enablement, MDM & Data Quality, CRM (and other platform) teams to capture 360 view on business needs, scope and solutions.
• Participate, contribute and lead through the transformation life-cycle from scope/seek to delivery and operationalization of solutions.
• Track & monitor multiple streams of work, health of activities, identify risks, recommend and implement mitigation options.

 
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of related experience with project and process management in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Pharma Commercial processes. Knowledge of medical processes is an added bonus.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering business solutions.
• Experience with data and process management principles, value propositions, and strategies for managing data as a strategic asset
• Strong understanding of various data assets and their application/usage within Pharmaceutical Commercial processes.
• Proactive approach to meeting business needs and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork & collaboration skills
• Ability to work and achieve objectives independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
