ServiceNow Business Analyst

• Serve as a lead Business Analyst working with the business lines and ITSM process owners to assess their requests and translate them into user stories with the technology team
• Drive continuous improvement of global technology processes for core business operations and enable proactive decision making by senior leaders
• Serve a critical role in helping the company evolve its ITSM capabilities and processes
• Partner with the business lines, the ITSM process owners, and the platform team to carefully define and document all aspects of their requests
• Work with ServiceNow Process owners to build user stories for their respective ITSM disciplines
• Work with integration teams to define requirements and draft user stories
• Meet regularly with the Scrum team responsible for Service-Now enhancements
• Stay informed on service-now capabilities, updates and best practices
