TECHNICAL SUPPORT - Position responsible for various technical support functions, which may include but is not limited to PC, IT, LAN, WAN and other technical issues within a business office. 1-5 years of experience

Must be experienced with Windows up to and including the most current.
Must be familiar with Active Directory (AD)
Must be familiar with RSA/Secure ID
Must be familiar with how VPN functions
Must be familiar with IPV4 and IPV6
Must be familiar with Outlook/Exchange
Must be familiar with G Suite
Must be professional and courteous, customer service skills
Must be a self starter
Must work well in a team environment

System Admin experience is preferred.
Mac proficiency preferred
Remedy experience preferred
At Your Service preferred
SCCM experience preferred
Mobile Iron experience preferred

JOB TITLE:

Technician Tech Services

JOB DUTIES:

Call handling, Trouble ticket creation, Trouble ticket remediation, Imaging, Knowledge Article creation

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Must have an Associates Degree or higher

REQUIRED SHIFT:

40 hour week, Monday - Friday, Center hours are: 7:00am to 9:00pm EST. Schedule will be determined based on needs of the business.
