Informatica ETL Developer

Job Description:

• Development and implementation using Informatica Developer Toolkit
• Creation and maintenance of PowerCenter workflows
• Should  develop Informatica PowerCenter code including XML transformations
• Developing parser, mapping, serializer, and streamer code
• Developing Oracle procedures, functions, and triggers
• Design, develop, and test data processes per business requirements, following the development standards and best practices as well as participate in code peer reviews to ensure applications comply with best practices.
• Work with business analysts to gather business requirements from end-users and translate them into technical specifications.
• Gather requirements to define data definitions, transformation logic, and data model logical and physical designs, data flow, and process.
• Work closely with data architects, reporting team and application team on ETL development efforts including analysis and design of integration solutions and enhancement
• To be responsible for providing technical guidance/solutions.
• Provide estimates for development.
