Develops testing strategy through collaboration with functional and program leads. Demonstrates the ability to work independently developing strategies that drive the team and individual functional leads
  • Track all facets of testing for program testing productivity, testing defects and environment issues
  • Defines processes, priorities and scheduling of testing through feedback solicitation to meet program schedule, timelines and critical testing milestones
  • Develops and flexes test strategies as needed to address gaps, recover from delays and accelerate timelines; trains staff accordingly to execute strategies effectively
  • Holds functional leads accountable for developing thorough test scenarios/scripts through meetings that tie process to script steps
  • Accountable for the overall test cycle defect and script management in JIRA. Ensuring all samples are uploaded, comments are clear, concise and meet audit requirements. 

* BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Mid-Senior Level Test Automation Experience
* Test Automation Script creation
* Test Automation Framework experience
* Selenium or  significant experience with an Automation tool
* Xpath, Locaters, Object Repository Management
* Java, Groovy, or experience using a language for Test Automation
  • * SQA Testing & Methodologies
  • * Regression & Negative Testing
    * Test Automation experience preferred
    * Test Plans, Cases & Processes
    * UI Compatibility Testing
    * Agile, Scrum experience
    * Git
    * Performance/Load/Stress Testing
    * Ability to become a part of individual testing efforts for projects
    * Defect/Bug Tracking
    * Test Strategies & Coverages
