Background on the Team
Employee Relations is an objective function which seeks to ensure behavior is consistent with the Firm's culture and values, so that the Firm can attract and retain the best talent from diverse backgrounds. We do this by working with our stakeholders to identify potential Employee Relations issues, by advising on best practice in the handling of those issues, and by conducting fair investigations into allegations of inappropriate behavior.

Primary Responsibilities
• Review employee relations cases and issues and map information from the old data structure to the new one
• Document the mapping in an organized format
• Partner with other members of the team for quality assurance
• Ongoing check-ins with project manager to share progress

Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ Human Resources Business Partner and/or Employee Relations experience
• Experience handling employee concerns
• Strong analytical skills and an intermediate Microsoft Excel user
• Required to make independent decisions and take calculated risks
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions
• Ability to problem solve using deductive reason skills in a timely manner
• Must have good judgement and ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

Skills Desired
• Paralegal or Employment Law experience a plus
• Experience working in a large, complex organization
