• Provide day to day support of Salesforce application, which includes uploading files, editing drop-downs, and testing defects for future releases• Maintain infrastructure of Salesforce application by making manual updates to system so that it reflects current firm structure
• Manage and answer incoming field inquiries on systems managed by the OBM Team by identifying key contacts and documenting a response
• Serve as point of contact for system entitlements by providing instructions on the process and/or requesting access on behalf of Senior employees
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business process.
• Write detailed description of user needs, as well as functional and/or technical specifications.
