QA Lead - Mobile Native apps Testing

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey
  •  Mobile Test Lead with Strong hands on (6- 8 years') experience in Leading Mobile, Online and Retail Banking QA team
  • Good in Resource Estimation, forecasting, Customer handling, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to work with different project stakeholders independently and deliver QA deliverables like Test plan, Test Strategy, High Level scenarios, Test cases Design, traceability matrix, Reporting, Defect Triage, production deployments, releases management, etc.
  • Strong hands on experience in Mobile native app testing.
  • Banking /Financial Industry experience(Good if familiar with personal banking).
  • Onsite /Offshore model  experience (experience working with multi-location teams).
  • Very good hands on experience in Agile methodologies, ALM and JIRA for test case and defect management. 
  • Experience with test data mining, creation, etc.
  • Nice to have Services Testing and Accessibility Testing
  • Post-Secondary Degree /Diploma (computer science, business w/ IT focus) preferred.
