Product Manager

The Product Manager executes on product strategy by using expertise and knowledge of the market, competitors, and partners to support revenue growth targets. They grow market share and generate revenue for their product portfolio. The Product Manager works closely with senior leaders across the company to develop the product, develop and execute the product marketing strategy and plan, including integrated marketing communication plans, value proposition development, product positioning and messaging, pricing and bundling, market segmentation and targeting, and marketing launch plans and campaigns. Success for the Product Manager is measured by achieving market success for assigned products within a specified timeframe and budget.

Duties, Responsibilities:
Define and advance products from concept to development to market launches as well as define business and technical requirements for products
Lead cross-functional core teams, communicate overall product strategy to various entities within the company and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations, and partners
Provide program management for initial customer launches to refine the process and understand resources and costs
Ensure all development and launch activities are completed such as documentation, support plans, and marketing launch plans
Train Sales & Support on products and new features and review support/helpdesk knowledgebase articles
Drive integration with the company "s other products
Provide cost analysis to support pricing
Review competitor's products and perform feature gap analysis
Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations at customer briefings, industry
Identify future growth areas in the market

Education and Experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or 2 additional years' experience in lieu of a degree)
5 years of product management or similar full life cycle software product delivery experience including:
Defining, launching, and managing a successful technology product
Managing partner relationships
Collaboration technologies
User path mapping

MBA preferred
NPDP or PDMA certification preferred
Certification in Product Management
