Job Description

· Strong knowledge of workforce management (WFM) product & Program Managing a complex integration projects in utilities space.

· Development / Implementation / Integration experience in Java technology stack, understanding of SQL querying, working knowledge of Database management.

· knowledge of WFM Implementation/Upgrade for Utilities

· Understanding of WFM workflows, interfaces and integration to other sub-systems

· Ability to interpret Functional specifications to Technical requirements based on Product / Technical knowledge

Preferred skills

· Product Expert to drive an upgrade program.

· Interface with IT & Business Teams , translate requirements into Functional & technical specifications

· Work with Technical (Development & Testing teams) at Cognizant

· Lead a team of developers & testers , provide guidance and Technical Mentoring
