 Responsibilities:
Interact with end users for business requirement gathering and understanding
Work with technology partners to evaluate possible solutions and work with them to deliver the best possible solution keeping in mind workarounds and schedule pre-requisites
Take ownership and accountability for the deliverables in all phases of the development lifecycle which includes analysis, design, development and testing
Understand build, release and deployment process 
Investigate complex technical issues with limited hand holding

Mandatory Skills: 
Should have 6-9 years of experience in IT
Should have strong working experience on Oracle PL/SQL, Advanced SQL, Jasper
Should have working experience on performance tuning of database
Should have basic knowledge of Free Marker
Should preferably have good exposure of Data Modelling, ETL – Ab Initio, Netezza
Banking and Finance domain knowledge will be plus
Should have good analytical skills
Should be excellent team player and should interact and coordinate with onsite/offshore team 
Should have good knowledge on estimation, prioritization of tasks and planning 
Excellent communication skills
Quick Thinker

Good to have: 
Prior exposure on IFW tool, Java
Experience in Multi RDBMS technologies with Query / Performance tuning knowledge  
Hands on Experience in Openshift / Docker technologies
