Role: JS FullStack developer

Project Scope / Work environment

• Client is  Looking for an expert level technologist/designer/very hands on engineer to will play a role of an evangelist and motivator & to inspire others around the need for innovation and create strong organizational desire for Client solutions and accept ambiguity where overall constraints, requirements or organizational ownership is not clear.
  
  Mandatory qualifications:

• 8 + years of relevant work experience post bachelor level computer science & engineering academic qualification. Research level academic qualification is a big plus!
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, Scala, Clojure, or Go.
• Expert in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Skills and deep level experience designing modular, object-oriented JavaScript.
• Experience with server-side web frameworks such as Node.js, Jade, EJS, etc.
• Program ( expert level) daily in node.js, AngularJS, Express, Jade, Bootstrap and others.
• Build out restful endpoints and lightweight aggregation layers and web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML).

• Experienced in enabling analytics via tag management and logs.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO design and passionate for building algorithms and solving practical real-world problems.

Good to have:

• Experience in analytics and email integrations (Mailchimp/Google Analytics) iterating based on learnings is a big plus.
• Experience architecting and building data fabric with Flume, Scribe or Kafka would be a plus.
• Deep level understanding in big data and have a burning desire to do so now.
• Big bonus points for experience using scalable data processing tools such as Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Streaming, Shark, etc.
• Bigger bonus points for experience with building AI or rule engines or other advanced machine learning exp.
• Solid understanding of deep learning algorithms especially convolutional neural networks.
• A big plus if candidate has experience in building computationally efficient machine learning systems.
• Prior exposure to or strong desire to learn Lua and Torch
