 Day to Day Work
  • Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
  • Installs and optimizes hardware/software/networking products and configurations at customer sites.
  • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
  • Takes responsibility for potential or desired follow-up services or problem escalation. Functions as integration project leader when assigned.
  • Verifies that proposed as well as existing client hardware/software configurations can function per requirements.
  • High degree of troubleshooting. 
  • Oversees, prioritizes, and manages activities of on-site Support Technician in Palo Alto and Procurement resources in Redmond.
Technical and Behavioral Skills
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 5 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required
  • Must have valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance (required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and MAC PC operating systems, Microsoft Office experience software required
  • Proficient with PC hardware repair and can troubleshoot/resolve software and operating system issues.
  • Experience providing on-site real-time A/V support for executive meetings and site-wide events.
  • Procurement experience (desired)
  • Inventory/Asset Management experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.  Previous experience supporting executives desired.
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • A+, Lenovo, Dell and Client, and Apple/MAC certifications a plus
