Job Description: ***THIS ROLE WILL ONLY BE WORKING 3 HRS PER DAY** 2pm-5pm

Summary: Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Education/Experience
o High School Diploma

Skills and Competencies
o Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
o Ability to keep information organized and confidential
o Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Greets and directs visitors
o Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard
o Receives and sends packages via couriers
o Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions
o Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment
o Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers

Hours: 8am-5pm
Must Have Skills:
1. Attention to Detail-great computer skills
2. Multi-line phone use
3. Willing to jump in, be flexible, pick up where needed.
4. Proactive and positive

Nice to Have Skills:
1. Banking experience
2. Experience with document scanner/imaging system
