The brief JD is as follows –
• L2 Product/Application level support, require IT/technical background in either application development & maintenance or backend applications/ System analyst etc.
• Ability to own the issues coming out of the deployed application stack, perform RCA, dig deep to perform data analysis as required, determine possible break points or cause of the issue and reach out the application teams or product team or operations team wherever potentially the issue could be so respective teams could go off the RCA and fix issues thereby reducing time to action & closure
• Keep customer & company stakeholders informed while the issues are being addressed, proactively communicated among various stakeholders,
• Own the issues until they are resolved and provide regular status reports
• Technical Project Management (drive issue to resolution)
• Technical Analysis / Problem Solving
• Data / Reporting Analysis with Recommendations
• Operational Analysis with Recommendations
• Frequent Updates to Customer on Resolution/Status
