  • Lead the implementation and audience development of data management platforms (DMP's).
  • Experience in Persona Building, Data Activation, Web Personalization, manage delivery and generate insights using Audience Studio.
  • Conduct DMP audience management for paid and owned media, cross channel customer engagement, testing and measurement.
  • Conduct analyses using different data sources to develop audience based testing.
  • Work with internal or external data management teams to collect online data, support data onboarding and data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with one of the DMPs (Oracle Bluekai, Oracle Data Cloud, Krux/Audience studio, Lotame, Adobe audience manager etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Substantial experience in digital analytics or related technology discipline.
  • Hands on experience creating insights from using digital data (Ex. Omniture, DoubleClick).
  • Experience in optimization of digital media campaigns (search, display, email) or site optimization using site analytics tools.
  • Experience with DSPs, third party data, ad serving, real-time bidding, and ad exchanges.
  • Digital agency, consulting, or ad tech experience preferred.
