  • Background in information technology (IT) systems and target/solution account sales.
  • Proven record of winning new business according to business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare industry and its current events
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team.
  • Ability to advise customers and determine needs.
  • Understanding of Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus (CP), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) submissions/contracts
  • Experience in both acquisition support and responding to government solicitations
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Industry relationships and with key government program and contracting personnel

Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
  • Understand the company's goal and purpose in order to increase Ventech's position and revenue growth in the Healthcare market.
  • Meet with Federal Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives concerning forecasted opportunities, current operations, IT challenges, and customer objectives.
  • Establish executive level interaction between Federal Government organizations and Ventech.
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Work with capture personnel in developing, qualifying opportunities and submitting bids. Charged with maintaining  a qualified pipeline of opportunities, at each stage of maturity, and follow the established process of bringing them to a winning position.
  • Develop call plan based on current industry contacts in support of the company's growth strategy.
  • Attend Executive level industry events and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Develop competitive analysis to determine Ventech's positioning in the market.
  • Develop strategic relationships with teaming partners and use industry contacts and knowledge to formulate teaming strategies and agreements
  • Work with subcontractors where Ventech is prime and prime contractors where Ventech is a sub.  
  • Qualify and present new business opportunities.
  • Responsible developing and Tracking RFP and procurement status
  • Review final RFP documents;  
  • Conduct analysis to position Ventech Solutions within the CMS space.
  • Support the development and dissemination of marketing communications to increase market awareness within CMS.
