QA tester will be testing stories developed during ServiceNow lifecycle of project implementation. They will be developing test cases, leading UAT and ensuring defects are remediated before go live and production.

  • Develop test steps for each developed technical requirement in a customer friendly approach -20%
  • Test requirements developed by developers, identify and document defects - 40%
  • Develop UAT strategy, plan and test cases and scenarios- 20%
  • Lead UAT kick off, UAT calls and meetings – 15%
  • Develop/produce required UAT documentation – 5%


HS Graduate or GED or Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree

Related Work Experience: 4-6 years

Work experience / skills / abilities required to perform the job effectively.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience creating test cases and test scenarios for software development projects in ITSM space is required
  • Experience creating UAT strategy, plan and leading customer through UAT process effectively is required
  • Experience testing software products in incremental ways and proving feedback to developers on defects found is required
  • Experience working in a customer centric (consulting) environment is required
  • Experience working with SaaS applications is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills are required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude
  • AGILE/Scrum experience is highly desired
  • Experience working in ServiceNow projects is highly desired
  • Experience using ServiceNow Test Module and SDLC module is desired
Fully funded, contingent position based on award of expected new task order.

This position is an individual contributor and has no supervisory responsibilities. Provides functional expertise through day-to-day work tasks. Works under the supervision of management.
