The Servant Leadership posture to various internal clients includes but not limited to Employees, Managers, Directors and Sr. Management executives, to enable Creative, Out-of-the box, disruptive approaches to provide "people first” culture experience.

  • This role carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: corporate employment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation planning, benefits administration, policy implementation, organizational development, training, performance management, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

As the Sr. Director of HR, the candidate will manager a team of geographically diversified HR Staff aka people partners in the following areas:-

People Engagement
  • Implements human resources programs by providing services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and enhance as necessary.
  • Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program and writes and places advertisements.
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
  • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
  • Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
  • Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Administers human resource plans and assist in the development and implementation of corporate employee handbook, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains human resource information system records in HRIS and compiles reports from the database.
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Talent Engagement (In partnership with Talent Management Specialist)
  • Partners with Talent Management specialist and assist in setting up and implementing talent management system
  • Collaborates, Designs and manages the process of organization development that addresses issues such as organization design, workforce development, key employee retention and succession planning.
  • Conduct training programs that requires for the Talent – Personal & Professional
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Culture/Communication Engagement
  • Be a communication agent to present company's transformational changes to meet the vision 2020.
  • Implements programs to identify and monitor the organization's culture in support of the company's vision and to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Required Education and Experience
  • At least a bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Manager in IT services industry
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
