  • Implement SEO strategy on all client websites (B2B and B2C)
  • Collect and analyze data on website access destinations, customer preferences, and buying habits to improve customer experience
  • Conduct research on online consumer trends to predict successful digital marketing strategies
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Develop, manage, and distribute key metrics and insights through regular reporting or per request
  • Collaborate with 3rd party developers on as needed basis
  • Assist with Marketing automation and lead generating strategies
  • Design and execute A/B test cases, landing pages, call to action buttons and forms, e-blasts campaigns
Required Skills/Experience:
  • A thorough understanding of how search engine optimization works and a passion for continuing learning new technology
  • Strong knowledge of the web ecosystem – SEO, AdWords, Social Media
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
  • Some coding experience and website administrations is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Creative and analytical thinking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • 1 – 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • BS/BA degree preferred
