We have an immediate need for a Senior Program Manager / Change Management Leader in our Dallas office. In this consulting role, you will be a core member of our Business Consulting team responsible for driving projects with our clients and collaborating internally to mature the Practice intellectual capital, team, and client offerings in meaningful and profitable ways. In this Practice, our team focuses on a variety of projects, which include helping clients' technology organizations address growing complexity or transform and embrace new ways of working. This role requires a consultative approach coupled with subject matter expertise across program management, organization design, process transformation, facilitation / training, and change management methodologies. It demands exceptionally strong EQ, curiosity, and the ability to gain trust from all members of client organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong ties to and experience with program management, in a consulting environment, with a deep analytical skill-set and understanding of challenges faced by large marketing organizations. The individual in this role will be a visionary, responsible for successfully executed outcomes, who will lead, own and grow key accounts. 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years within a high-caliber program management or business consulting experience
Experience managing large-scale projects for key clients in support of organizational change efforts
Familiarity with professional services companies and business models
Proven excellence with project and change management methodologies
Advanced skills in creating MS PowerPoint presentations; documentation in MS Word; basic Excel skills
