  • Provide support regarding order entry, billing, and shipping of various products.
  • Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude with our internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications:
  • One year + customer service in a call center or similar experience in a retail or office setting.
  • Excellent verbal skills, written and oral, including correct grammar and spelling.
  • Competency in performing multiple tasks.
  • Competency in computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
