Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach/Product Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities: 
  • Contractor will join as an Agile Coach/Product Manager of the Lifecyle Management (EOL) Program Team
  • This program is focused on driving proactive remediation of products before they become End of Life (EOL) through the design and implementation of policy and processes
  • The program also drives strong quality assurance and governance routines with engagement across CIOs to continue to transform program to a business as usual approach
  • The Agile Coach/Product Manager will work with executive leaders that span the organization to the portfolio level providing guidance around facilitating and leading an Agile transformation as well as providing consultation around organizational Agile practices/processes
  • The resource will be responsible for providing knowledge, architecture and expertise around enterprise Lean Agile processes while coaching leadership roles in the organization to successfully lead and manage concepts at the enterprise level
  • Individual Contributor that coordinates and coaches executive leaders across an organization within the framework architecture of Agile methodology, specific to Scrum, Scrum Master skills, Lean, and Kanban
  • Facilitates the development and ensures completion of the business program through the coordination of tasks, issues, and risks through the System Architect and the Project Managers on the program
  • Measures and monitors progress to ensure that the business capability is delivered on time and within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations
  • Other responsibilities include client management relationship, leadership and management of the program typically delivering results through others, setting the technical and business direction for the group, effective allocation and use of resources throughout releases, and establishing team environment
  • This resource will be also be responsible for business analysis and documenting requirements provided by core team members and translating into Stories in Jira
  • Managing and prioritizing the backlog based on business priorities to ensure project deliverables meet timelines

Requirements: 
  • Experience both in the problem domain (through a thorough understanding of business requirements) and the software engineering domain
